Message from Wolverhampton City Council :
The current situation with Covid-19 has led to many far-reaching impacts. The City of Wolverhampton Council would like to understand the impact on health and wellbeing across our communities. The results will inform our approach to supporting children, young people and families in good health and wellbeing.
There are two surveys, one for children and young people and one for parents/carers.
This survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. As a thank you there is a chance to be entered into a prize draw for a £50 Amazon voucher.
